As a result of this, we have found it very difficult to acquire new homes as most homes that have been sold recently do not meet our environmental criteria. We have embarked on an ambitious expansion plan that will bring the number of high quality beds in the group to over 1000. We are still looking for more land and if you know of land that is for sale in a good area of the Midlands or South-East of England with good transport links then please email us at land@restfulhomes.co.uk. We would consider buying land from 1 acre in size for a care home to 10+ acres for a care village development.
