St Giles Nursing Home is a modern purpose built nursing home in Garretts Green on the Solihull-Birmingham border. St Giles Nursing Home comprises of 44 single ensuite bedrooms and two companion ensuite bedrooms for couples or friends who would like to share. The home is very spacious and homely with wide corridors and ample communal space for your comfort and enjoyment. St Giles is built around a garden courtyard that is popular with the residents and is shaded in the summer.

We provide individualised nursing care to residents who require general nursing care

Our experienced Nurses and Care assistants are on hand 24 hours a day to ensure that your needs are met and that you are comfortable and retain your independence as much as possible.

Our chef will meet with you soon after your arrival at St Giles and will discuss your likes and dislikes so that we can ensure that you enjoy your food as we know how important good nutrition is. Our activities co-ordinator will also meet with you to discuss your likes and dislikes and compile a personal history so that we can encourage you to particpate in regular activities that are appropriate to your wishes and needs.

We have a very open atmosphere at St Giles and encourage you or your relatives to speak with us at any time and also to participate in the monthly care plan reviews to ensure that we are meeting your needs to your satisfaction.
